Have a new Furnace or Air Conditioner installed with at least one extra accessory (humidifier, Thermostat etc...) and we pay the HST for you.
Electrical Work:
Have a new breaker panel installed, rejuvenate the Aluminum wiring in your home or Rewire the old Knob & Tube wiring. Have any of these services done and receive a 5% discount.
Plumbing Work:
Have us supply and/or install a new water heater. Your choice of a rental tank or customer owned tank and we will upgrade the supply hoses on your washing machine from rubber to braided steel hoses.
